Terms & Conditions

1.1VeoCabs is an intercity taxi service operated by Veoable Technologies LLP. We provide one-way trips, round trips, airport transfers and local sightseeing across India. When you book with us, your contract for the journey is with VeoCabs. We set the fare, take your payment and issue your invoice. Journeys are performed using commercially licensed partner vehicles engaged by us.

1.2You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use our services.

2.1When you place a booking, we confirm a fare that is inclusive of tolls, applicable state taxes and driver charges, unless stated otherwise at the time of booking. Parking fees, permits for certain destinations, and charges for extra stops or changes to the itinerary may be additional.

2.2A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation from us. We may require an advance payment to confirm certain bookings.

2.3Fares are quoted for the specific route, cab type and date you select. Changes to the itinerary, distance, duration or vehicle may change the fare, which we will communicate before proceeding.

3.1Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Provide accurate pick-up details, contact information and passenger details at the time of booking.
• Be reachable on the phone number you provide and be ready at the scheduled pick-up time.
• Carry valid identification where required, and comply with all applicable laws during the journey.
• Treat the driver and vehicle with respect. Smoking, consumption of alcohol or illegal substances, carrying prohibited goods, or any unlawful or unsafe behaviour in the vehicle is not permitted.

5.1You are responsible for any loss or damage you cause to the vehicle. VeoCabs reserves the right to recover such costs and to refuse or terminate service in cases of misconduct, misbehaviour or unsafe conduct — whether physical, verbal or mental — toward the driver or others.

5.2Please carry your belongings with you. VeoCabs is not responsible for any items left behind in the vehicle, though we will reasonably assist you in trying to recover them.

6.1VeoCabs is responsible for providing the journey you have booked. Where a confirmed ride cannot be provided, we will arrange an alternative vehicle or refund you in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We are not liable for delays, losses or disruption caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, vehicle breakdown or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6.2To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeoCabs's total liability arising out of or in connection with a booking shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that booking.

6.3VeoCabs is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, road closures, civil disturbances or acts of government (force majeure).

7.1The VeoCabs name, logo, website content and design are the property of Veoable Technologies LLP and may not be used without our prior written permission.

8.1We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to bookings made while it is in effect. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9.1These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Amritsar, Punjab shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
