What happens when you submit

Nothing is charged and nothing is locked. Your details reach our team straight away, and we call you back on the number you gave, usually within 10 minutes.

On that call we confirm the car, the exact all-inclusive fare and the pickup point. Booking costs ₹0, so there is nothing to pay up front and the full fare is settled after the ride.

You get a booking reference the moment your enquiry is received. Driver and vehicle details reach you before the pickup, and you can check the status any time on the tracking page with that reference and your number.

If plans change: cancellation and refund

Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 6 hours before pickup. Booking costs ₹0, so cancelling in that window leaves you nothing to claim back.

Inside that window, call our support line. We would rather move your booking than charge you for a trip that is not happening.

If anything has been paid, it goes back to the account it came from. Full terms are on the refund policy page.

Payment, luggage, pets and overcharging

Payment: booking costs ₹0. You pay the all-inclusive fare after the ride.

Luggage: every car is quoted with real boot space, and none of our cars run on CNG, so the boot is not taken up by a cylinder. If you are close to the limit, tell us on the call and we will put you in the next size up.

Pets: welcome, on every cab type. Mention it when we call so the right car and driver are assigned.

Overcharging: the fare we confirm is the fare you pay. Tolls, state taxes and the driver allowance are already inside it. Only parking, billed as used, and GST at 5% are added, and both are stated before you travel.
